DISTRACTION

DISTRACTION A distraction is anything within or round you thatprevent your concentration or diverts your attention from a particular thing or cause, within a specific fragment of time. The word “ANYTHING” as used above simply means a distraction can be in form of anything such as thoughts, actions, clothes, phones or phone calls, ideas and so on. The word “WITHIN YOU” or “AROUND YOU” simply means that a distraction can come from the things within you, or the things around you. The word “CONCENTRATION” or “ATTENTION” are the direct opposites of the word “DISTRACRION”    and distraction is antagonistic to them. The sentence “SPECIFIED FRAGMENT OF TIME” as used in the definition simply means that distraction is not a permanent phenomenon. When you are set to pray at 5:00am and then there is a phone call to you at 5:05am (i.e. just b...

Myles Munroe Passes on.....

The Death of prominent pastor Myles Munroe leaves behind a ministry............... Pastor Myles Munroe with His Son and Daughter RIP: Pic of those on board Saddened by the loss of Myles Munroe, his wife, daughter & others. We have no fear of death. Our last breath here is our first breath there! In the Bahamas, the 60-year-old Munroe was the senior pastor of the Bahamas Faith Ministries International Fellowship . He was also a best-selling author and popular speaker and was well known in American charismatic circles, even if his name might not be as familiar as that of American Bishop T.D. Jakes, with whom Munroe often appeared. Munroe’s sermons often addressed leadership, relationships and personal growth. In a devotional on Munroe’s site, the pastor says : “The greatest tragedy in life is not death but life without a purpose — life with the wrong priorities.” Munroe’s wife, Ruth, and seven others also died in the crash at Grand Bahama International Airport on S...

SHOCKER## GOLDEN EAGLET

GOLDEN EAGLET RAPE VIRGIN KIDS They are talking about it on Twitter. Apparently people are irritated with Sunday Sun for its choice of word in a headline today. Many people think the word ‘rape’ is too strong to be misused at any time. Abuja based Virgin Kids academy are like a football team. The Golden Eaglets beat them 3-1 at the NFF / FIFA goal project in Abuja. The problem causing outcry is the way Sunday Sun captioned the story. Many feel the use of ‘r*pe’ to tag the Golden Eaglets victory over ‘Virgin Kids’ is inappropriate.
